"I have been going to McCorkendale’s for at least five years. I would not go anywhere else. I am a single Mom, it's hard to find people to trust with your vehicle. They have always been honest and upfront about my CAR repair. I purchased 1998 Dodge Van with 88000 miles, they kept me going to 280000 some miles. They always have worked with my schedule. One time I was in a hurry and my CAR was acting funny, I needed to be downtown within the hour. I took it by the got it in and checked said everything ok. I made it to my appointment and no problems with van. I never feel that there recommendations for repair are to make money , they are in business to keep the vehicle safe and running correctly. I was just as impressed by the efficient and knowledgeable service writers who quickly and thoroughly recognized my vehicle's problems and clearly explained what my options were in terms of work needed, cost outlay, and length of time needed for the repairs. Being given a ride to work/home and being picked up when the work was completed was an unexpected bonus that certainly simplified my situation.
