Blue Springs Auto Repair

Recently took my vehicle to McCorkendale's Auto Service in Blue Springs and initially was quite pleasantly surprised to walk into such an immaculately maintained facility. I was just as impressed by the efficient and knowledgeable service writers who quickly and thoroughly recognized my vehicle's problems and clearly explained what my options were in terms of work needed, cost outlay, and length of time needed for the repairs. Being given a ride to work/home and being picked up when the work was completed was an unexpected bonus that certainly simplified my situation. I also feel very comfortable because in the process of identifying what else was needed in terms of operating my vehicle safely, McCorkendale's helped me set up a priority list of needed maintenance tasks so that I could avoid future issues by being proactive now. Keep up the good work!!

Great honest service. Have recommended your service to folks at work. I feel like we are dealing with a good neighbor. Just one suggestion.... would be nice to see a lncentive discount for loyal customers once in awhile. 5 stars!

I definitely recommend you take your car to McCorkendale Automotive for service and repair. I buy their oil change specials (buy four and get the fifth one free) for my wife’s and for my car. Not only is it a good value, but the detailed evaluation of our cars from the technician during each oil change gives me confidence that any issues that might cause us to get stranded at an inconvenient time is brought to our attention. They then allow us to decide which issues we want to address. They also stand behind their work. Recently when my brakes started pulsating 17,000 miles and nearly a year after their brake job, McCorkendale Automotive replaced both the front and back rotors on warranty even though the cause was felt to be inconsistent lug nut torque application by a third party during their program balance/rotation of my tires.

THEY ARE GREAT! Everyone at McCorkendale's are very knowledgeable and friendly. This has got to be one of the cleanest shops I have seen. The Service Advisors are extremely helpful at explaining what my car needs and what it will cost. I have been coming here for some time now and have always felt very comfortable with the repairs and costs. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an honest repair to their car.

THANKFUL, They are very helpful I am very THANKFUL I found McCorkendale Auto Service upon moving to town. I have been going to them for a few years now. I have found them to be extremely honest and helpful with the repairs and maintenance of my vehicle. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. They always explain the repairs and pricing. I know exactly what they are doing to my car and what it is going to cost me. They always take me home and pick me up if I need to leave my vehicle. I recommend McCorkendales to all my friends and family.

I have been going to McCorkendales for at least five years. I would not go anywhere else. I am a single Mom, it's hard to find people to trust with your vehicle. They have always been honest and upfront about my car repair. I purchased 1998 Dodge Van with 88,000 miles, they kept me going to 280,000 some miles. They always have worked with my schedule. One time I was in a hurry and my car was acting funny, I needed to be downtown within the hour. I took it by the got it in and checked said everything ok. I made it to my appointment and no problems with van. I never feel that there recomendations for repair are to make money , they are in business to keep the vehicle safe and running correctly. Great work at a fair price I met with the owner and it was obvious right away that he knew what he was talking about. His prices were very reasonable and he provided excellent service. I highly recommend this company and I will use again for future projects.

I've taken many vehicles to McCorkendale Auto Service and they've always treated me very fairly and worked to solve any issues promptly. I recently took my car to them because of a problem and was very happy to just need a minor part replaced and that they were able to do that for the cost of the part. When other parts have needed replaced in the past they have worked out things to help in any way possible. I highly recommend their company.
